As a pastor, I learned I needed to embrace God’s gift of sleep.
I didn’t feel good. Fortunately, I found a fix that improved my sleep and decreased the amount of pain I experienced on a daily basis. While this may not seem like a big deal, it was a step in the right direction for me. One of the first things I realized after making some changes is that sleep is not a luxury or a sign of laziness, as I had always thought. In fact, it is one of those things that you have to have more of, not less. If you’re not getting enough quality sleep, health problems will arise.
